Hello @errolpowwll and welcome to the Community. The Charge 5, like all current Fitbit models, awards active zone minutes. Your age is still a factor. The equation still uses 220 - age = maximum predicted heart rate. But your resting heart rate is also part of the equation. Different people of the same age will have different zones. Tap on your Zone Minute icon on your mobile app and you will see your zones.

The 220-age formula is quite rough. You set a custom maximum HR in the Fitbit Web dashboard under your user settings/profile at https://www.fitbit.com/settings/profile
Scroll down to the Heart Rate Zones section. If I remember correctly, the app will show your different HR zones.
