Please stop the messages of my under- or overtraining. I put the item on off and the messages keep showing up. Very annoying!

You can add your vote and comments to this feature request in the Product Feedback forum to allow users to move or delete the Cardio Load prompt (<-- click link). I understand that the developers monitor this forum to see what features are being requested for potential future implementation.
