Cardio Zone Minutes No Longer Doubled

Hi, in the Fitbit app and on the web dashboard, my Active Zone Minutes don't seem to be calculated correctly anymore (used to work).

Anywhere I can see the minutes, Cardio/Peak minutes simply get added to the Fat Burn minutes with no doubling. For example, today I have 42 Fat Burn minutes and 12 Cardio & Peak minutes, so I would expect to see 42 + 2*12 = 66 Zone minutes, but instead I see 42 + 12 = 54 Zone minutes.

See screenshot:

I'm sure it has worked correctly in the past at some point. Is anyone else experiencing this? Does anyone know how to fix? I'm using a Charge 5.

Are you sure the doubling is not already included.  i.e. you didn't do 6 minutes of cardio and this display shows it already doubled?  Under that display you should be able to look at the details when you earned them to make sure you really did 12 of this minutes, and not 6.

Look above at my screenshot.  Note it is from 2:33 to 2:37, and calls it 2 fat burn zone minutes plus 6 cardio zone minutes.  That 6 is obviously already doubled because it is not a long enough time interval for it to be actual time.

You are right -- looking at the actual time spent, so they must already be doubled!

I feel like this used to look different in the UI, but maybe I am just misremembering. In any case, it makes sense now, so thank you!

Very helpful that you included the screenshot.
