Change sleep goals on Charge 5

I’m trying to change my sleep goal times and it keeps setting random times and not the time that I have set. How can I get around this?

Mine is doing this too! I’ve updated the app and that’s not helped. When I change my sleep target time to 10pm, it overrides it to 7pm. The same happens when I set my wake time. No matter what I do it changes it. It’s driving my crazy! 🤯🤯 I wondered if it’s to do with the clocks changing overnight in the UK last night but it looks like others have reported the same issue before so I guess not.

Same, I’m wishing I haven’t touched it now as I just wanted to correct it and now it keeps trying to set my sleep is 6 pm and every time I try and set it reconfigures to some random times which don’t associate themselves with the amount I’d like to be asleep.

Mine is doing exactly the same thing, it’s also randomly setting my moving hours. I’ve tried restarting my Charge 5, reinstalling the app which has no indication of needing an update, nothing works. Even my joining date for my Fitbit account has randomly changed.

I’m having the same problem , rebooted my Fitbit and deleted the app , reinstalled and still the same. This is also driving me mad! Fitbit please sort this out.

Did you ever get this fixed?  Our time here in Canada changed last night and now it’s doing the same to me

Same here.

I have this problem too.  I saw another post which said it rectified itself after a few days so I am hopeful.

I am having the same problem.  My settings have defaulted to 6:30 pm and 2:30 AM and I am unable to return to the correct settings.

Do you have a fix yet?   Mine is doing the same thing.

People in the UK reported it fixed itself in a few days.

Me too. Nothing I do to edit my sleep schedule will be saved it just randomly chooses a time when I try to set time. So frustrating..

Also lost all my previous sleep data in my mobile app.

Same. Shift in time made my app crazy.

Hello all,

Sorry to see that you've been having issues with setting/editing your sleep goals/logs. As some of you have noticed, the issue has fixed itself.

Sadly, this is something that typically happens due to the biannual time change and usually fixes itself in a day.
