Changed Fitbit to dominant wrist

I have had to change Fitbit to right arm but now iit shows like I have done exercise when all I have done is my hair and make up 🙂 

I seem to remember you had to log what wrist you wear it on in the set up but I cannot find it to change it and see if it helps. Any ideas please?
