Charge 3 Velcro band stopped working

I bought my charge 5 and found like many do that the band caused a rash- Fitbit were great and sent me a lovely Velcro band replacement - but after just 8 weeks the Velcro has started to stop working - anyone else had the same issue ? Such a shame - it’s a great strap - but so weak now that’s it catches easily and comes undone

Hi @Carolmumof2 I'm not sure what is meant by stopped working, 

If you are saying that the Velcro hook are not grabbing, this usually occurs because of the hooks grabbing onto other fabric. And a cleaning is needed.

The Velcro is clean - it has such fine ‘teeth’ I think they are just wearing / smoothing away and the ‘hold’ is not as strong as when I first used it
