I have been a fitbit customer for 12.5 years. After adding an activity (4000 steps) on November 6, 2024, my historical data - all 12.5 years, was corrupted. After a week of calling and forwarding screen shots there has been no assistance provided. I am repeatedly told that my case was escalated and at some point, perhaps a month, someone will send me an email. The question becomes why would I ever do business with this company again? The Google acquisition has decreased the quality of customer service I used to receive from Fitbit.
