Charge 5, 3 months in and so many questions

I started using the Charge 5 with Premium (1-yr trial) Oct. 1, and my firmware is up to date. I am wondering if the following warrants contacting the company, or if this is to be expected.

1) My "Hourly Activity Goal" is 250+ steps from noon to 7 pm. Most days I reach that according to my tracker, but both the app (Android phone) and website (old desktop Mac) show that I fell way short of the goal.

2) I have a 5-day exercise goal, and even after syncing, the tracker will show fewer days than the app & website dashboards do.

3) I never get 8 or more hours of sleep, yet the app and website dashboards show I reached 8+ hours several days when I got fewer than 5 hours of sleep.

4) More of a question -- if I do an EDA scan and choose to skip entering my feelings, do I not get to see what data was collected? Same with "Stress Management" on the app -- do I really have to pick an emoji before I can see the physical readings?

5) Another question -- where do I see EKG (ECG) data? All I get is the "normal sinus rhythm" message. Good news, but downloadable reports would be nice.
