Dear Fitbit… your Charge5 is a heap of junk! I got it to keep track of my heart rates while working out, and it tracks for a while but then loses the bpm.. in a 30 min workout it drops at least 5 times… Garbage!! If I had bought it (got it from points rewards) I’d be demanding my money back.. And from what I read, I’m not the only unhappy customer. And while I didn’t purchase the Charge 5 I am an unhappy customer because I bought a premium membership, which is useless to me now… total waste of money!! Shame on you Fitbit!!!
