My Charge 5 is not reading my heart rate, it shows _ _bpm on the Fitbit. When I look at the data on my app I see that August 28, 2022 is the last day that my app recorded: heart rate, sleep, O2, active hours, and zone minutes. I believe that is when I installed the update. It does track steps, miles, exercise, and let's me put in my weight. I do see hourly activity on the Fitbit itself (8 out of 9 today!) but the app shows 0 every hour since August 28th. I have restarted my phone and the Fitbit, turned heart rate off and on, disconnected the Charge from Bluetooth and reconnected it. I searched the forum and see similar issues but no solutions that have worked for me. I was very happy with my Charge 5 until this update. Please help!
