Hi there,
My Charge 5 has stopped receiving phone notifications from my Android (v12).
All the settings are correct in both the app and the phone settings and a test notification works.
I've reset both devices multiple times and still get a red notification error message at the top of the screen about a phone restart being required.
Please can someone help me? 😕

@Beckie_Boo Please check whether or not the Fitbit app is allowed to run in the background on your phone. To do so, tap and hold Fitbit app's icon until a popup menu appears. Tap on "(i)" in the upper right corner of this menu. Then tap on "Battery" and select "Unrestricted".

@Beckie_Boo Sad to hear that your Charge 5 isn't working as expected.
If the test notification works, the connection between the Fitbit app and your device should be fine. Do you get notifications on the phone itself?

Hi @Talahthas ,
Yes, the notifications work fine on my phone... It just doesn't send them through to the Fitbit.

Changing the battery to be unrestricted seemed to do the trick... Thank you so much @Talahthas! 😊

@Shellydw Welcome to the Fitbit community!
Could you successfully send the test notification provided by the Fitbit app?
