Charge 5 Aura watch face not using full screen

The Aura watch face for the Charge 5 only uses about 60 percent of the screen.

I wanted to thank you all for your feedback and let you know now that these clock faces are no longer available for Charge 5 and are only available for Luxe and Inspire 3.

I just noticed that as well. I was excited to get a new nice looking watch face, but then it doesn’t even fill the screen. Seems like a pretty huge thing to overlook.

Has FitBit addressed this yet?  Or are not enough people affected by this issue to warrant any attention?

I was told by “support” that my c5 is “damaged” hence the Aura face not aligned. They made me return it for a replacement. I’m so annoyed because it worked fine except for the new faces and it’s now been 12 days with the replacement nowhere in sight.  I’m sure this is a software issue and regret sending it back. I better not get a replacement that has all the other issues but still not corrected watch faces! Why have they not addressed the issue yet? Anyone else reach out to Fitbit  regarding this issue?
