Hi,

The backplate and gasket is coming off the back of my Charge 5. I’ve only had it for about 4 months, and love it. Is there anything I can do?

I appreciate all the information provided regarding the issue you experienced with your Charge 5. 

Since this is related to a hardware problem or product damage, it would be necessary to get in touch with the Customer Support team for further assistance with this. I've been informed that you already contacted them and it seems they've provided you with some instructions. In this case, they will let you know how to proceed.
