I have Charge 5 with less than a year, I need to charge it every 2,5 days, my previous was charge 4 and the battery duration was 6 days, I had problem with charge 4 because the brightness of display became to low, fitbit changed the charge 4 by charge 5 and with this new fitbit the battery drain in less than 3 days.
I did everything to reduce the battery consumption, but nothing help me to extend the lijetime. Pls i need to solve this issue, it is incredible how the quality of fitbit became worse and worse. Tks

I contacted with customer support the I followed theirs recommendation but I could not solve the problem. The battery draind in less than a 3 days without GPS and apps on. Tks

It seems they were able to provide you with other options. In this case, I do recommend that you continue the communication with the Support team as well, so they can provide you with the next steps.
