I have made sure I have the latest version of the Fitbit app, I also have the latest version software update and my Charge 5 battery drains out in 8 hours or less, the start date on my fitbit is 2-7-22 ,
Are you working on any other software fixes that might help me with this issue ?
I have gone from 7 + days on battery life between charges to 8 hours and steadily dropping,

I appreciate the information provided about this issue with the Charge 5 with the battery draining too fast.
There are a few steps that are usually helpful with battery issues. However, since you already tried a few of these steps and you continue to have the same problem every couple of days, I do recommend that you get in touch with the Customer Support team.
I've been informed that you already got in touch with them for further assistance with this and it seems they've provided you with some instructions. In this case, they will let you know how to proceed.
