I have followed all the instructions online and I get it to start working and syncing. After @ 8hrs I need to charge. Then 90% of the time it goes to white x/red circle. About 10 % of the time the reboot from the USB cable works otherwise I need to leave it sit to drain battery. I then charge it up, do the reboot successfully and I can sync with my app. in less then 24 hrs I am back to square 1 where my fitbit is drained and unusable. Ever since I did the updates last year this has been a problem. At this point my fitbit is basically dead. I can not even get through a night without it draining and going to the white x/red circle. Got this for Xmas 2021 and extremely disappointed. I followed all "Fixes" on line and in the forum and none of them fixed the issue. Is there a permanent fix coming out for this? or do I just recycle the fitbit and never use the product again? I am seriously concerned that so many users are having this issue and no fix.
