I recently downloaded the latest Charge 5 software version to my Charge 5 and ever since the battery runs out every day instead of the normal 7/10 days is anyone else experiencing this problem and know how to fix it . The Fitbit is only 14 months old ?

Ive tried all these options but still having issues , ive also lost the zone minutes on the app . Have i turned something off by accident trying the above choices

Hi,
I'm experiencing the same thing. Since today the battery of my fitbit charge 5 is empty within 1 day. Before my battery lasts 6 to 7 days. How is this possible? My fitbit is not even 1 year old. Bought August 2022
