Charge 5 Battery won’t charge

I’ve tried the 3 pulse trick, removed the app, etc. nothing works. I attach my charge 5 to the charger and it simply shows me the Fitbit logo and then a 1% charge screen. Nothing after that. I can’t tap it awake. It doesn’t charge. I can’t connect to it from my phone.

what’s the deal?!

Hi, @abitunfit6 welcome, you may find Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?  of interest. Generally, we do not see many charging issues with the "Charge 5" on the forum but on other devices, we often recommend cleaning the back (Where the contacts are). Fitbit Wear & Care provides advice, I use rubbing alcohol with a cotton swab, and while I have the swab in hand I usually clean my phone and mouse as well.
