My Charge 5 is black. After do a reset using the cable button, it works for a few minutes, then goes black and stays there. It will come back after resetting again and again but lasts a couple of minutes. The battery level reads on the watch changes from minute to minute. Sometimes 100% then 67% or another number. I have Upgraded tracker, restarted watch and phone, shut off Bluetooth, shut phone and watch off.
