kan iemand mij het emailadres van de Nederlandse klantenservice geven?
ik heb nog geen 1,5 jaar geleden een nieuwe Charge 5 ontvangen nadat mijn Charge 4 kapot is gegaan. Nu is mijn Charge 5 ook kapot nadat ik ermee in het water ben gegaan. Het scherm blijft zwart en ik heb alle opties om te resetten al geprobeerd.
Ik heb Fitbit Klantenservice geprobeerd te bereiken door te antwoorden op de vorige mails, maar daar krijg ik te horen dat dit ticket is gesloten.
ik vraag om een mailadres, maar dat lijkt heel lastig.

To prevent confusion, we ask that users keep shared links to the language of the forum in which they are participating. We currently support French, Italian, Spanish, German, Japanese and English and hope to support more locales in the future!
