Charge 5 Black screen

Charge 5 just stopped working this morning. Black screen. Was working first thing, recorded sleep data. Battery level showing as 39%. Recorded steps etc for first couple of hours and suddenly just gone Black screen. Tried plugging it in and tried reset and nothing no vibrating no lights nothing. Is it time to look for another device ?

I appreciate your message, and I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing a black screen with your Charge 5. Thank you for the troubleshooting steps tried and for the additional information regarding the lack of vibration and lights. 

Could you please confirm if you tried the charging cable restart procedure explained here? How do I restart my Fitbit device?
