Is anyone experiencing issues with the Fitbit app when using the Charge 5? I'm currently unable to change my profile information, it keeps on saying that I should try again later. Tiles randomly become black and they sometimes outright disapear.
Also, the health metrics tile is unavailable (and never was). I understood that this tile would be available for Charge 5 users with no premium subscriptions but I've been using the Charge 5 since launch and the tile never appeared.
I'm currently using an android phone and everything is up to date. I bought the Charge 5 for some sporting events that I'm attending and I'm a bit annoyed that I can't use the product reliably. I wonder if this is a widespread issue.
Note : I already tried uninstalling the app. I tried using another phone. I tried creating another account. I also tried changing my location and even used a VPN but absolutely nothing worked

Hi, welcome to the Fitbit Community forums, @ChazInuff.
Thank you for sharing that you've been experiencing this inconvenience with your Fitbit app.
Before considering other options, make sure to check the compatibility requirements listed here. Keep in mind that it's necessary to have Apple iOS 13 or higher, and Android OS 8.0 or higher. For the inconvenience you mentioned to change the profile information and with the tiles becoming black, please try the following steps as well:
Regarding the Health Metrics tile being unavailable, the team of developers is aware of this problem and are working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible, but we haven't received other updates for the moment.
I'll be around.
