Just received a new Fitbit 5 and I cannot get the notifications to vibrate. I have everything turned on, I received a call and my charge 4 vibrated but it’s not even connected to my Fitbit app anymore. Any ideas?

Thank you for letting us know that your new Fitbit Charge 5 is not vibrating when receives notifications.
Please make sure Do Not Disturb (DND), Exercise Focus and Sleep Mode are turned off. For instructions on how to navigate your Tracker, please visit this article.
Our team has recently released a new version of the Fitbit app (3.63 for iOS and Android devices). For instructions on how to check your current version and update, please visit this article and open the menu "How do I update the Fitbit app?".
