My calorie intake that I'm in putting is not being calculated for my deficit on the calorie page. This is not the first time I've seen this. I'm not sure what's causing it but it's frustrating. You can see from the image below that it says zero calories in but I've been logging them all day.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @CaliSav.
Thanks for letting me know about this situation with your calorie deficit in your app using you Charge 5.
My best recommendation would be to check if your Fitbit app is updated, since this may impact the features in it. You can go to the Apple Store or G-Play and search for Fitbit, in the page you'll see if any update is available and downloaded if needed.
Also, please confirm if you are using Mobile track. It is a service that allows you to count steps using your phone even if you forget to wear your Fitbit. You can "unpair" Mobile Track from your account. On your Fitbit app go to the upper left corner, on the phone and device icon. Click on your phone icon and on the 3 dots and choose "unpair".

I'm having the same issue - logging my intake and the list is visible but calories arent being tracked (same as above screenshot). Brand new Inspire 3, just activated yesterday. Fully up to date. This is one of the primary reasons I wanted a Fitbit in addition to tracking my activities. I've tried every "fix it" I've come across and nothing has worked. Please advise - extremely frustrated. My next solution is returning the Fitbit and trying a different device.
