Charge 5 - Changed Continent, no stress score

We changed continents from England to Canada on Thursday. My Charge 5 has not shown a stress management score since then. Help!!

I'm not sure that your travel was the cause of you not getting a stress management score.  Other users have reported that they haven't gotten a stress management score for several days. I didn't get a score on Saturday or today (26 May 2025)

This appears to be an issue on the Fitbit side and is being escalated to the team.

You submit the issue using the Feedback option in the Fitbit app:

• Tap your picture/avatar in the upper right of the Today page in the Fitbit app
• Tap on Feedback in the menu that opens
• Complete the prompts and submit

The feedback reports are received by the team for review.

It looks like the issue was fixed. I've gotten my Stress Management score for the last 2 days (29 & 30 May 2025).

Please let us know if you're also seeing your Stress Management score again.
