Charge 5 can't be charge , and batteries dies off

I appreciate your message, and I'm sorry to hear your Charge 5 doesn't charge and batteries dies off. 
About the charge : Could you please take a look at those tips : Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

About battery life: some features such as always-on display and GPS require more frequent charging.
