I'm getting random crashes on my Charge 5 while running and doing other things, also seeing battery drain very quickly and finding it dead in the morning.
Support seem to want to do troubleshooting all the time until device is out of warranty.
I can't understand how this is acceptable.

This is definitely not the experience we want for our customers, and I understand your feelings about this situation.

May I suggest you to verify if there is any firmware update available?

It was confirmed by support that there is no update for my device even though I'm still on 188.58 - I see no update buttons on the Fitbit app
