I talked to support about how to disable notifications. I mean ALL of them, I don’t need to know I crossed 10,000 steps. I don’t need to know I hit some zone minutes threshold. I was told with DND turned ON. Notifications would stop. Does fitbit have a way of shutting down all notifications or not?
I’m sure some users like certain notifications. I’m also sure there’s plenty of users that don’t.

Hi, thank you for sharing your inquiry and feedback about the Charge 5 and the notifications, @SunsetRunner.
I was able to confirm that most notifications should be disabled when you turn on the Do Not Disturb Mode. When this feature is on:
Before considering other options, please try restarting your device and make sure the DND mode is turned on again, then check if you continue to receive notifications. In the meantime, you can also manually turn off the zone minutes threshold notification on your device's settings.
I'll be around.

Hi, looks like the keyword in your reply is “most” but not ALL. DND mode is on. All notification but low battery and hourly step are turned off. Still get the 10,000 step notification and something that pops up a chevron icon. I assume something to do with active zone minutes.
The less notifications, the less process checking. Less processing better battery life and low annoyance level.
Why this so tough for Fitbit to do.. is the firmware that poorly written?

@SunsetRunner Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and experience with this.
It would be helpful if more features could be included among the notifications that are muted when you turn on the Do Not Disturb Mode. If you haven't done so already, I would recommend that you post this idea in the Feature Suggestion board of the Community, since this section is regularly monitored by the team of developers. Make sure to post your idea including as many details as possible.
Thanks again for all your feedback and comments about this.
