Charge 5 Daily Readiness - no response to Get Started

I have a Charge 5 and I’m on Premium. I see the option for a Daily Readiness score but it won’t activate. There is no response when I tap on the icon. I’ve been wearing this Fitbit now for over a month and I’ve never been able to activate the daily readiness score. Am I doing something wrong or is there a problem with the Fitbit?

I don't have Premium myself so can't activate it to test.

I've just done some research and here's a link with information about the Daily Readiness Score, how to get it and how long you have to wear your Charge 5 for for it to calculate.

If you've already been doing all of the things and it still didn't work, please report back and hopefully someone will be able to give you some better advice.

May I ask what did you have to do? I'm still waiting for mine and I have been following everything to the letter.

Yes it IS working now! I originally thought I’d updated the app but going through the Readiness Score link I double checked and the app had not been updated. As soon as it updated I had access to the readiness score on Fitbit. But still had to wear the device for a certain number of days to allow calculations and get a score.
