Charge 5 Dead: What about my subscription and the discount they promised?

My Charge 5 is dead. I posted it here, not much help. They say that there will be a discount for the next purchase (looks fishy, my charge 5 is dead 1 week before they release the charge 6, and they are offering discount? haha)

also, what about my subscription of fitbit premium?

Hi, @runaryorun if you no longer wish to subscribe to Fitbit Premium, please go to your Fitbit app and click on the gear icon top right hand side.  On the next screen choose Account Settings and then Manage Subscriptions.  Under Manage Subscriptions you will find the option to cancel.
