Charge 5 - Device won't charge

Hi @Showmestuff!  Welcome on board to our community forums! 

I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 5 is not charging.  

  1. When you plugged it in to charge, did anything appear on the screen to indicate that it was charging?
  2. Are the lights on the back on?
  3. When you press the button for 3 seconds, does it vibrate?

At this point, please clean the contacts on the charging cable and the watch by following the steps in this article: How do I clean my Fitbit device? and once clean, perform a restart and connect it to the charging cable on a computer and leave it for a few minutes to check if it charges and reacts.
