I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 5 is not charging.
At this point, please clean the contacts on the charging cable and the watch by following the steps in this article: How do I clean my Fitbit device? and once clean, perform a restart and connect it to the charging cable on a computer and leave it for a few minutes to check if it charges and reacts.
