I haven't been able to wear my Fitbit as much as my old one. The band broke on my old one and I lost it. So my daughter bought me the Fitbit charge 5 for my birthday. OMG it's hard to wear all the time because it makes my wrist stink!!  I wear my baby G 24/7 and even wear it in the pool and I never stink wearing it. So I stopped wearing it until a couple days ago when I found some alternative bands but with all the updates my Fitbit doesn't work well. I also got charged for premium when I didn't sign up for it after I charged it up and waited 40 minutes for the update. Then apple doesn't want to refund me $10. Ugh it wouldn't be bad if my cute Bunny game was still on there. They took it away😢. I'm disabled and walk with a walker so my steps don't count correct. I can't continue to wear a watch that that you have to wear all the time and it makes you stink. It's not the watch band like I thought originally. It's the Fitbit itself. I take it off and clean it with alcohol pads three times a day. Does anyone else have this issue?

Unfortunately, I don't have a solution to your issue, but came here to say that I really miss the Bunny game!  It was a nice incentive for smaller number of steps.  Not everyone is able to get out and walk thousands and thousands of steps every day.  
Good luck w/the stink issue.
