Charge 5 ECG app available but can’t download

I’m based in Singapore rn and i just got myself a charge 5. Applied for a premium account as well.

I’ve been trying to download the ECG app but it won’t download. I tap on download, it just stops midway and goes back to the original screen.

ios and charge 5 are both updated with the latest release.

I can't get the ECG App in my country so I'm just giving you advice I can find on the website, not from my direct experience.

One last thing to check is whether you have an ad blocker installed on your phone as sometimes that can interfere with things (I've mainly heard about that with Android rather than iOS though).  You could try temporarily disabling while you try downloading the App again, and turn it back on when you've finished.

Managed to sort it out.

Location set in Singapore
Time zone set in Singapore

And

>From profile acc- personal- location- set to singapore.

And it works.
