Charge 5 ECG can't find phone

Charge 5 ECG monitoring won't work. I bought a new Charge 5. Everything else is syncing except the ECG monitor. It says Can't find phone. I have done everything. Force stopped my device uninstall and reinstalled my Fitbit app tried to uninstall ECG app. Nothing seems to work. Need a resolution.

I've been informed that you already contacted the Customer Support team for further assistance with this and it seems they've shared some instructions with you. In this case, they will let you know how to proceed.
