Any one out there in the UK who has problems with getting the Heart Rhythm Assessment started?

I get the message. Oops, this isn't supported in your location... Every location is set to the UK (phone and Fitbit App), my SPO2 is working. I could do with some help please.

Hi, thank you for sharing this information about the problem you've been experiencing with your Charge 5, @FcTwente.

Let me know if you're currently located in the Uk or if you're from the UK but you're travelling abroad. Before considering other options, please try to set up your Charge 5 in your account again as a new device following these steps, as this has been useful for other users experiencing something similar.

If you still don't see the feature available, please try the following steps as well:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Clear Cache and Cookies for the Fitbit app on the phone's settings.
  3. Restart your phone.
  4. Log back in and check if you're able to set it up.

I'll be around.

@FcTwente Thank you for your reply and for confirming that you already tried all the troubleshooting steps suggested.

For users that are located in a country that supports ECG and have updated to the latest firmware available, you should be able to see the feature on the app and on the device. Please try going to your dashboard > Tap on "Discover" at the bottom of the screen > Scroll down to Assessment &Reports > Then check if you're able to see the option to set up ECG.

If you already tried to set up your Charge 5 as a new device and you're still not able to see the feature after all the steps suggested, I recommend that you get in touch with the Customer Support team for further assistance. The best way to get help for this problem is to chat with us online or give us a call. Have a good day.
