Hi guys, the ECG wouldn't start when I put 2 fingers at the sides of the device. Normally the seconds count would appear "30, 29.... " but nothing happens.
I have tried everything:
Any similar experiences?

Hello @Edmond
Just want to confirm that you're still in a location that supports the ECG app. For some users report this issue, we eventually learn that they have traveled to a region where the app isn't supported and that's why the app isn't working.

Hi @RiekoC
I believe so. I am always in the same country that can always use the ECG. The app is there so I believe i should be able to use it. I noticed that when I travel to some other countries where ECG is not supported, the ECG app will be disappeared from the device.

Thanks for confirming, @Edmond .
Have you had a chance to report the issue using the Feedback option in the Fitbit app? If not, here's how:
The feedback reports are received by the team for review. Although it's likely that you won't receive a reply, we've gotten confirmation that the team reviews every feedback report and uses the information for issue investigation.

Hi @RiekoC
I have contacted support but they never ask me to do that. But I have just done it anyway. Thanks.

Yes Edmond, this is exactly what is happening to me also. Just one day, it just decided not register my two fingers on the blue lines. Normally it would take a few seconds and then start to count down like yours. I have raised this issue with Fitbit since September of 2025...or maybe even earlier. They keep saying they have a team working on it....but I don't feel very comfortable that there is any rectification.

Hi @GEMAU Thanks for letting me know that I am not the only person having this issue (obviously the support here in this forum is weak). I was thinking this was a device issue and good to know it isn't. How could Fitbit mess up with this.
