Charge 5 Exercise Bike - missing data

I took a small bike ride today to test out the Charge 5 Exercise Bike activity to see if it would track everything. I started the Exercise - Bike on the Charge 5 using the GPS, the iPhone is on the bicycle, and rode for 8.2 miles.  After the exercise (bike ride) I sync'd the Charge 5 with the Fitbit app.  The summary shows the miles, average heart rate, average mph, and the GPS map shows the Heart Zones and Speed difference on the map. When I scroll down in the exercise, it shows "Not Enough Data Available" for Heart Rate and nothing for Calories Burned.

The heart rate has to be there because in the summary it shows the average heart rate.

Any ideas?  Never had this problem on the Charge 3 and Charge 4.

I see this is a known issue with the Fitbit app on iOS. When I log in to the Fitbit web site, I can see the missing data. Seems like there is a bug in iOS and/or Fitbit app.
