The original thread was closed because everyone has updated. Well that is strange because I know that my neighbour has not taken the update. I know because my neighbour is elderly and I help with their tech. Because of all the issues that have been noted in this forum we agreed not to update the Charge 5 until we felt more confident.

I can't believe Fitbit closed original topic as if all the problems caused by this update has been solved. It is beyond my comprehension that Fitbit not released a firmware fix by now. Not even a statement that they will.

 

This will be my first, only and last Fitbit device
