Charge 5 - Fitbit not working

I have purchased fitbit charge 5 , two years back. It was working all fine, all of sudden it stopped working and now battery is not getting charged. Is any service centre in india , where i can send for repair. I have all purchased documents.

Just to let you know, there aren't any Fitbit service centers in India or anywhere else for that matter.
