Charge 5 GPS disconnected after 10 to 12 minutes

During a run or a walk my charge 5 would start out with GPS connected via my phone, but would disconnect after about 10 to 12 minutes.  Tried everything the help desk offered with no luck.  I switched my charge 5 with my wifes charge 5 and the GPS started out working fine during a run or walk, but after about a week or so the GPS disconnected notice started up again at the 10 to 12 minute mark. 

At that point I suspected it may be my phone.  I have a Samsung S22+ and under the "Battery" settings I noticed that the "Power Saving" option was on.  When that feature is on it limits background syncing and location checking.  I turned the "power saving" option off and my GPS has work great ever since when using the run or walk exersice.
