Charge 5 GPS not tracking my exercise

Why has my Charge 5 stopped tracking my daily exercise walks, used to show walk map on my phone, now doesn’t

Hi, @Dupedagain , your Charge 5 will only track your walks using GPS if you turn on GPS at the start of the walk and it is able to connect and to stay connected throughout the walk.  Did you turn on the GPS?  Was it able to connect and stay connected?
