Due to normal wear and tear the protective cover at the back of my FC5 got detached and as a result water was able to get inside the device.
The next day my device went dark/wouldn’t respond to anything even after charging or sync to my phone.
After three days I was able to successfully manually reset it but the device would only connect for a short amount of time before it would go dark and when I tried resetting it again the device kept flashing the logo nonstop.
I let it charge for several days and now it’s stuck on the Fitbit Logo.
I have already tried changing the clock, unpairing and repairing the device and of course contacted customer service but because I bought the device from EBay I can’t get a warranty.
