It’s happened more than once. I look down at my charge 5 and see a higher heart rate (ex today showed 150), but later when I look at the app it isn’t shown in the HR graph. The whole HR graph is showing and it’s not showing any missed time but shows my highest all day was 120-which is obviously wrong but shows my current HR correctly. How can it be on the device but not update to the app? And so sporadically? If I can’t trust it to log my higher heart rates, then there’s no point to having it. Really annoying.

Hi, @R_Sem , except when in exercise mode the HR graph in your app shows heart rate averaged over five minutes so you will not necessarily see every HR number you see moment to moment on your wrist.
In exercise mode the heart rate is averaged over 1 minute intervals.
