I'm 63 (male) in OK shape (Cardio Fitness 45). I have a Charge 5 and have a hard time believing the HR reading when I run. It seems accurate when I bike, but totally off when I run.
At 63, I doubt very much that I can hit the 180s. Here's a typical bike ride. That seems more like the way it should be if I disregard the 194 peak. Any thoughts?
