The HRV stopped on September 9th and the breathing rate has not worked in 2 days. I have done chat twice and called once and no one has a solution. I have also logged out of the app and cleared the cache and that is not effective. I was also advised to unsync Mobil track and that did nothing.

I can only offer you a long shot: note the start and end times of your most recent sleep log then, first, delete the log and next, add a replacement log (using the same start and end times).
A couple of times a week, I get no sleep data (all I get is the basic sleep info - awake, restless and sleep), no health metrics and no stress management insights. But if I delete and then re-add the log, not only do I get the detailed sleep data, but the health metrics and stress management data both show up. I have no idea why this works and no one from fitbit seems to know either.
IF this works for you, then you can go back and delete and re-add prior logs as well.
