So , my last contact with Fitbit support I was advised a firmware update was coming out to address the HRV and Breathing statistics not being recorded in the App.
For 3 months now , this has impacted me . I switched from Whoop to get the HRV value .
The new firmware has been installed and suddenly it’s an app issue . How can Fitbit bring a device to the marketplace that doesn’t work as advertised and therefore is not fit for purpose ?
HRV was working fine for me in Mexico . Now it’s not working in the UK at all . When will they fix it and will they increase the free Premium Trial to cater for all those uses impacted by this bug ?
