HRV, breathing rate & sleep stages all quit working on May 1st.  Not sure why all stopped after working for 14 months?

Hi, @Tucker-1 , all three of those measurements are closely related - they all rely on your Fitbit being able to consistently detect your heart rate, so it shouldn’t like that is the problem.  Are the green lights flashing on the back of your Charge 5?  You can check whether HR is turned on by swiping down from the clock screen to find the settings menu.  If the heartrate is turned off, you can turn it on again.  If the heartrate is on, but heartrate readings still aren’t there, please try toggling it to off, waiting a moment, and then toggling it on again.  You should also try giving your Charge 5 a restart (You can also do this from the settings menu.)

When you wear your Fitbit to bed, make sure it is snuggly, but not tightly, on your wrist and don’t manually turn on sleep - allow your device to detect sleep automatically.  Ideally keep your device well charged (20% or above) for best sleep results.

Hopefully one of these measures will get your stats reporting again.  Welcome to the forums!
