Charge 5 Heart Rate Variability (HRV) not working anymore

Hi,

I am using the Fitbit Charge 5 for about 1,5 weeks now. At first everything worked and it tracked all the info while I was asleep. However, for the last three days and nights it stopped tracking my Heart Rate Variability and it says there is no data to display. Is there anything I can do?

Try restarting your tracker, as a first step. Plug it in using the charging cable and then use the reset button at the flat end of the cable to reset the tracker. See:

I did the reset and the night after I did the HRV function worked for 2 nights. However right now it’s not working anymore..

Any other fixes?
