Charge 5 Heart rate and steps walked are not showing

Heart rate and steps walked are not showing. Everything else is fine. Any ideas?

Hi, welcome to the Community forums. 

 

Thanks for sharing this information about the issue you're experiencing with the Charge 5. 

 

Could you please provide a few more details? Let me know if you're not able to see the heart rate or steps on the device itself or if you're referring to the Fitbit app. In the meantime, please make sure to try restarting your device following the steps here below, as they have been useful for other users with similar problems: 

 

  1. Connect your device to the charging cable. For instructions, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
  2. Press the button located on the flat end of the charger 3 times (end of the USB cable), pausing for 1 second between presses. Then wait 10 seconds or until the Fitbit logo appears.
