In my sleep restoration graph, the heart rate at one point is 116bpm but in the heart rate reading at the same time same night, it never went above 91bpm while sleeping. Why 2 completely different readings?

@SunsetRunner The graphs are averaged over different times. The restoration graph is reported in one minute intervals. The daily heart rate graph is reported in five minutes intervals. It smooths out the peaks and valleys.

Thank you @LZeeW , makes trying to keep track of your heart rate a little difficult as they are both very different.
